Summer Solstice Slow & Stretchy Celebration
Come as you are, with full permission to slowww downnn. Our time together will be guided through juicy yoga stretches, along with more intuitive invitations to creatively move and simply Be. Our intention will be to connect with our bodies, the cycle of the season, and the horses of the land in a loving way that will prepare and allow us to flow more freely into our Soulful Summer 🌞
This is an all levels class; all are welcome. No yoga experience necessary.
