Finola is a yoga instructor based out of SLC, UT. More importantly, she is human. Her strong beliefs rooted in love and intention have guided her practice for over a decade and has strongly shaped her approach to teaching. Finola often uses sound to help others connect more deeply with themselves and the world around them.
