About the event
To celebrate the arrival of Autumn on Sunday, September 21st, let's come together for a warm evening filled with reflection, movement, sound, and sensory rituals. We'll embrace the vibrant energy of the New Moon and the solar eclipse, opening our hearts and minds to the gifts this new season has to offer.
With the gentle, grounding presence of the horses, this gathering offers a wonderful opportunity to pause, breathe, and discover simple yet meaningful ways to incorporate ritual into our everyday lives.
The evening's flow will be as follows:
- Jen Frodsham will guide us through rituals and intentions, offering cocoa
- Scott White will lead us in gentle QiGong
