Additional Information

Outdoor Qigong Pronounced (chi-kung) is a moving meditation, focusing on breath, relaxing our body, and being present for it all. Join Sifu Toni as we move slowly with the horses around us, enjoying the transitional yin season of autumn. Yoga beginners welcome! Preparation List *Please bring a blanket (preferably cotton) as your yoga mat. The Wild Horses love you to connect with Mother Earth with them. *Wear close-toed shoes as we'll be walking from the barn to the field. *Bring water! *Be prepared with sunscreen and layers to be comfortable. -If you bring your cell phone for photos, please put it on Airplane Mode PLEASE ARRIVE TO YOGA 10 MINUTES EARLY. WE WILL CLOSE THE DOORS AT THE TIME THE YOGA CLASS STARTS. Horse Journey Yoga is more than a class. It's a way to learn about heart connections, connecting with nature and living life in the present moment. We go deeper into the yogic experience as the horses energetically communicate with us through the earth and heart-to-heart. No two classes are ever the same! *Each spot must be reserved in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept walk-ins for this event. As a nonprofit, Wild Heart Sanctuary is unable to offer refunds if you cannot attend after registering. We are a 501(c)3 so your fee would be tax deductible if you do not attend the class. 100% of net proceeds from this event benefit Wild Heart Sanctuary and its advocacy efforts (reinfree.org).
