Finola is a yoga instructor based out of SLC, UT. More importantly, she is human. Her strong beliefs rooted in love and intention have guided her practice for over a decade and has strongly shaped her approach to teaching. Finola often uses sound to help others connect more deeply with themselves and the world around them. She truly cannot wait for you to join her for an evening of movement and drumming in this magical space!
